Welcome to Ananda Yoga!*We are a warm, friendly, and vibrant yoga community in Hadley, MA. We offer fun and engaging yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our ongoing classes include heated and non-heated Power Flow Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, and a Beginner Yoga series. We also offer private sessions, workshops, and specialty classes.

Are you interested in trying yoga, but don't know where to start? Justine's six-week Beginner Yoga series from June 7th-July 12th, 7:30-8:30pm will start from the beginning - the breath - and then progress systematically through many accessible yoga postures, including standing postures, seated postures, reclining postures, and flows with the breath. Appreciate the fire of summer energy by dwelling in cooling yin practices of long yoga holds, quiet reflection and nurturing breathwork. The "yang" forces of intensity and focus become balanced with the yin forces of patience and receptiveness. Learn how our internal organs and energy lines are tuned to the summer season and are influenced by our movement and molding of the myofascial tissue. Yoga for a Happy Neck and Shoulders Workshop on July 30th
Do you suffer from chronic neck or shoulder tightness, stiffness, or pain? Or does using your computer/tablet/phone seems to be taking its toll on your body? Join Justine for Yoga for a Happy Neck and Shoulders Workshop on Sunday, July 30th from 1-3pm. This workshop will give you simple tools you can use at home or work to feel better through the neck and shoulder girdle. With a combination of active and passive yoga postures, simple stretches, and mobility work with balls or rollers, participants will learn how to "unkink" the neck and shoulder area, and build the strength and stability to keep it unkinked. This workshop can help with tension headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, and will also help improve participants' seated and standing posture. Class Card Policy - no expirations!
Our studio is one of the only studios in the Pioneer Valley that has no expiration dates on ten or fifteen class cards, so you will never lose yoga classes for which you have already paid! No worries if you get sick, go out of town, or have to nurse an injury. Your classes will still be available when you return.
$90 Memberships with Auto-Pay
The auto-pay membership is the best deal on our classes if you are attending class 2-3 times per week. Sign up for auto-pay, and your membership will automatically renew every four weeks with funds from your checking account. To sign up, bring a voided check to the studio, fill out the form, and we will set you up!
