Our ongoing classes include heated and non-heated Power Flow Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. We also offer private sessions, workshops, and specialty classes.

Anne is taking over the Monday 7:30pm class, which will now be a Slow Flow class as of 11/28.
Fitness has been a continuing passion for Anne with variety of interests including hiking, running, cycling, skiing, and dance. Despite her early skepticism of yoga, after suffering through running injuries, she turned to yoga initially for rehabilitation purposes and then injury prevention. Since then, she has found physical and emotional transformation on the mat, and lessons which she carries off to the rest of life. Through vinyasa yoga, she has gained self-discovery and acceptance, which ultimately led her to become a certified yoga instructor. Yoga has become a pathway to meditation and self-inquiry for Anne, and she is excited to share this powerful tradition with others. She feels privileged to join the Ananda community. Welcome to new instructor Jacoby Ballard, $10 class through 12/23
Jacoby is taking over the Friday 9am Power Flow as of December 2nd. This class will now be 9-10:15am and non-heated.
Jacoby Ballard teaches yoga and mindfulness is a writer, and social justice educator. He co-founded the worker-owned cooperative Third Root Community Health Center in Brooklyn and Bending Towards Justice, which trains contemplative teachers in diversity, anti-oppression, and justice. His work centers on embodiment, trauma, and social justice, which earned him the 2015 Game Changer Award, and in 2016 he received a Good Karma award for his work in queer and trans communities. Welcome to Jill Isabelle, long term subbing Sunday 5-6:15pm Power Flow
You may have taken Jill's class as a sub before, but we are happy to welcome her to the semi-permanent schedule! She will be long-term subbing the Sunday 5-6:15pm Power Flow class through April, while Kristine is in Nepal. Jill will also be long term subbing Chris's Monday 9am Hot Slow Flow while Chris takes a leave for her lacrosse season, starting in February.
Jill Isabelle, RYT 200, Certified Spinning Instructor, Burning Heart Indoor Cycling Certified, TRX Qualified, Urban Kick Instructor, Kick It By Eliza Instructor, Barre, Cardio Sport Instructor, with holistic philosophy toward life and wellness. Jill has an extensive background in gymnastics, fitness, wellness and nutrition, Jill brings many different perspectives to her yoga classes focusing creating an understanding that achieving health, living well and being well is an ongoing personal journey toward a goal of functioning as the very best version of ourselves possible.
In case of inclement weather...
Class cancellations due to unsafe roads or inclement weather will be posted around 1 hour before the start of a canceled class on our website and social media. Be sure to check one of those places on snowy/icy days.
Class Card Policy - no expirations!
Our studio is one of the only studios in the Pioneer Valley that has no expiration dates on four, eight or twelve class cards, so you will never lose yoga classes for which you have already paid! No worries if you get sick, go out of town, or have to nurse an injury. Your classes will still be available when you return.
$90 Memberships with Auto-Pay
The auto-pay membership is the best deal on our classes if you are attending class 23 times per week. Sign up for auto-pay, and your membership will automatically renew every four weeks with funds from your checking account. To sign up, bring a voided check to the studio, fill out the form, and we will set you up!
