We offer fun and engaging yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our ongoing classes include heated and non-heated Power Flow Yoga, All Levels Flow Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and a Beginner Yoga series. We also offer private sessions, workshops, and specialty classes.

We are conveniently located just across the bridge from Northampton on Route 9 (Russell St.) in the Hampton Village Shops. Get directions.

New Roll and Restore class with Justine starts March 1st, 6:45-7:45pm.

This new fusion class is half yoga and half soft tissue release work. For the first half of the class, participants will use various therapy balls, foam rollers, and other soft tissue tools to help release tension in the body. The second half of class will be seated, surrender, and restorative yoga postures to explore the openness created by the soft tissue work. This class is an amazing way to wind down after a long work day by giving yourself a healthy dose of self-care.


Next Beginner Yoga Series starts March 14th!

Are you interested in trying yoga, but don't know where to start? Justine's eight-week Beginner Yoga series Wednesdays March 14 through May 2nd 2018, 7:30-8:30pm will start from the beginning - the breath - and then progress systematically through many accessible yoga postures, including standing postures, seated postures, reclining postures, and flows with the breath. Justine provides a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere for new practitioners to explore the beginning of their practice. Click here to learn more, or to preregister!


Special March Community Class with Sara - Sundays 4-5:15pm March 4th-25th!

Join Sara for a new Community Hot Power Flow class to help you transition into spring! This pay-by-donation class will work with sun salutations and inversions mixed with strengthening and restorative postures to make space for reflection and intention as we transition into spring.


Justine is a certified Mobility Specialist

Justine has a Movement and Mobility Specialist certification, and she is now offering private mobility sessions. Private sessions with Justine can help you resolve nagging pains or discomforts, restore normal function to your joints and soft tissues, and find more ease in your yoga practice and other life activities.  You will learn what ranges of motion you are missing, what joints or soft tissues are restricted, and how to restore full function to restricted areas with a variety of tools and techniques.  You will learn what unhealthy movement habits in your life may have created your restrictions, and how to counteract them.  You will also learn how to create healthy movement habits to keep you out of pain throughout all your daily activities.  Email Justine at su.agoy-adnana@ofni if you are interested. Class Card Policy - no expirations!

Our studio is one of the only studios in the Pioneer Valley that has no expiration dates on ten or fifteen class cards, so you will never lose yoga classes for which you have already paid! No worries if you get sick, go out of town, or have to nurse an injury. Your classes will still be available when you return.


$90 Memberships with Auto-Pay

The auto-pay membership is the best deal on our classes if you are attending class 2-3 times per week. Sign up for auto-pay, and your membership will automatically renew every four weeks with funds from your checking account. To sign up, bring a voided check to the studio, fill out the form, and we will set you up!
